Presentation Request for Oregon Trail Travelers
Adobe Acrobat Reader allows users of PC's and Mac's to view and complete
automated forms.
Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to view and print
the Presentation Request form for Oregon Trail Travelers in
the original text layout format.
To avoid conflicts, delete any previous versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader
before installing Reader version 5.0 or greater.
If you are currently using Adobe Acrobat Business Tools, do not
install Adobe Reader 5.0 or greater.
An e-mail verification notice will be sent to the contact person listed on your organizations completed Presentation Request form. If you do not receive an e-mail verification notice within 15 business days, contact the Oregon Trail Traverler's Scout Officer.
